The speed limit, of course, was all wrong. As was the traffic.
The mood wanted something like 280 south of the City, an empty road, a speed limit around 120, and maybe a Porsche 912. In black.
One o'clock in the morning was just about right.
And the music, of course, was perfect.
It felt like, had I had the rest of it, I could have been in ... oh, I don't know; say, London ... by morning.
