Hello, Murphy, my old friend.
Nov. 7th, 2007 10:17 pmSo it appears that one of the effects of describing a computer as "made of reliable" on LJ is that, when one next tries to boot it, it does utterly nothing other than spin up the fans and disks. And continues to do utterly nothing, despite an hour and a half of attempts at troubleshooting.
Sigh. And I'd even gone and bought a brand new 3C595 network card for it today.

Sending electronic luck in your direction!
