Merry Christmas!

We've had our Christmas Eve dinner, and decorated the tree, and I'm turning out the lights to go to bed, and wanted to share the tree with you all. I probably should have moved the table centerpiece out of the way of the camera, but it was dark and I didn't see it. Merry Christmas to all (well, to all of you who want to be wished a merry Christmas, and a happy Newtonmass or 25th or whatever you'd like to the rest of you), and to all a good night!

At only 11 feet, I'm pretty sure it's the smallest tree I've ever seen in this house.

And to you as well! It's a lovely tree. I'm surprised to hear your family waits so long to decorate the tree, though! Are you waiting for everyone to be there first?

Yup. Or, at least, I think that's how this tradition started, but it does seem that now it's gotten attached to being a "Christmas Eve" tradition even if we all got in earlier in the week. But definitely decorating the tree all together is a tradition.
